FAQs
Can I schedule reports or dashboards in Claude?
Not yet. Today, reports are run on demand and can be exported or shared once generated. Automated scheduling (e.g., weekly pipeline health summaries or CX retention reports) is on the roadmap and expected in a future release.
Does Petavue store my data?
Yes. Your data is stored in dedicated, isolated environments—no overlap between customer instances. We apply encryption both at rest and in transit. In addition, every account undergoes a data assessment during onboarding to surface hygiene gaps, fill rates, and missing fields, so that outputs are reliable.
Can I use Petavue without Claude?
Currently, no. Petavue’s MCP has been thoroughly tested and validated with Claude. Support for additional AI assistants is under consideration, but Claude will remain the recommended interface for the best experience.
How does Petavue handle conflicting or ambiguous user questions?
When a query is unclear, Petavue leans on Claude’s clarification loop. If outputs still look off, RevOps or CX leads can manually verify or override the answer. Upcoming releases will make this smoother by surfacing data lineage and fill-rate checks, so you can trace back exactly which tables or metrics informed a result.
Is Petavue MCP available with other AI assistants?
At present, Petavue MCP is only available through Claude. Petavue's own conversational interface will be live in the next few weeks which will be independent of Claude. However, if you want, you can still access the Petavue's MCP using Claude.
Will Petavue support proactive alerts or nudges?
Yes—this is planned. Today you run analyses and dashboards on demand. Soon, you’ll be able to set up playbook-driven nudges (e.g., “alert me when renewal pipeline lags 10% MoM” or “notify if CX health scores drop below threshold”), delivered in Slack, email, or your CRM.
